What is Re-Inspection and Condition Monitoring?

  • Any identified or Suspect ACMs must be inspected and its condition assessed periodically, to check that it has not deteriorated or been damaged. The frequency of inspection will depend on the location of the ACMs and other factors which could effect their condition, eg the activities in the building, non-occupancy etc, there will also be events or changes, eg maintenance work, new tenants or employees, that should also trigger a review of the plan.
